COMPENSATION — ProSal, TRANSPARENT AND GUARANTEED

• Guaranteed base: $130,000–$160,000 (based on experience)
• Production: 19–21% of personal production (based on experience) — you earn the greater of base or production
• Total earning potential: $175,000–$210,000 per year
• Example: at 20%, $1,000,000 in production = $200,000
• Sign-on and relocation assistance may be discussed for the right candidate

SCHEDULE

4-day week, full-time exempt. Shifts within clinic hours (Mon–Fri 7 AM–7 PM, Sat 9 AM–6 PM). Closed Sundays and major holidays.

URGENT CARE — SCOPED, NOT CHAOTIC

We offer structured urgent care for our community. One doctor on urgent care rotation with overlapping shifts. Complex cases can be referred to nearby ER hospitals in San Leandro, Oakland, Dublin, or San Ramon. No overnights, no surprise calls.

• Dentistry: dedicated dental suite, iM3/Midmark equipment
• Lab: IDEXX Catalyst One, ProCyte One, SediVue Dx, inVue Dx
• Imaging: DR with every film read by a radiologist (STAT reads in 60 min); Esaote full-function US; Butterfly handheld US
• Surgery: LigaSure, electrosurgery
• Therapeutics: Class IV laser, PRP
• Tech: Covetrus Pulse, AI scribe, camera-enabled microscope

SPECIALISTS ON SITE

• Resident-trained dentist — every Wednesday (endo, vital pulp therapy)

3 RVTs, 3 RVT-eligible team members, 1 team member in the alternate-route RVT program, trained technician assistants, and an experienced client service team.

Requirements

• DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited college, or ECFVG/PAVE certification
• California veterinary license, or eligible to obtain one before the start date
• New graduates and experienced associates welcome
• Interest in soft tissue surgery a plus
• Full-time, in-person: 4-day week.
