Trinity Media Solutions, LLC seeks to hire a Professional Services Embryologist w/ BA in Veterinary Medicine, or Biological Sciences or a related field (or foreign equivalent) Manhattan, KS 66503. Candidate will assist veterinarians and technicians with embryo collection procedures in clinical settings, including setup and maintenance of equipment, media, and supplies; handle embryos according to IETS standards, performing rinsing, searching, washing, grading, and freezing for storage; perform embryo stripping and freezing while maintaining sterile, organized, and biosecure laboratory conditions; label and manage storage systems such as straws, canes, and goblets to ensure full traceability and accurate identification; support IVF laboratory activities, including locating oocytes, preparing culture and fertilization plates, handling semen, and assisting with embryo freezing; monitor embryo development, evaluate and grade embryos, and prepare them for transfer or shipment; record and track laboratory data, including temperatures, media details, embryo quality, and nitrogen tank levels, to ensure safe storage and compliance; maintain accurate inventory and records for embryos, semen, and laboratory supplies using both physical and electronic systems; ensure adherence to laboratory protocols, quality assurance standards, and regulatory requirements, including data verification and quality control procedures; coordinate field services and client interactions, including scheduling farm visits, maintaining client relationships, and communicating with internal teams.
