The mission of the Ellington Center Animal Clinic is to provide family pets with high quality, comprehensive and compassionate medical care while strongly emphasizing client communication and education. You can expect our friendly, educated team to care for your pets like their own. We offer 30-minute appointments so you and your pet never feel rushed. Company History
The Ellington Center Animal Clinic opened in Sept 2000. Dr. Joseph Prichard, an Ellington native, returned to his home town to open a small animal veterinary clinic that focused on patient care. We quickly grew to a busy little clinic and have worked hard to earn the trust our clients have in us. Building renovations in 2020 and 2023 provide a very clean and modern facility that truly focuses on patient care. We do not offer grooming or boarding or toys, treats and leashes for sale - we strive to be the best medical office for your pets!
Benefits
Our doctors earn a competitive base salary and benefits plus a monthly production earnings equal to 25% of the billed revenue. With a base salary of $110,000 and production earnings, expect annual wages of $150,000 - $175,000.
Our general practice has several quality 24-hour emergency and referral hospitals nearby. This allows us to have a healthy work-life balance with the assurance that our patients have multiple options when we are closed. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm. We are not open weekends or holidays, and we do not have "on-call" expectations. We can offer a full-time schedule between 32 - 40 hours per week.
