Guaranteed base salary: $110,000/year
25% production on earnings above base
Current associate doctors earn $165,000–$185,000+ annually

Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
A compassionate small animal veterinarian with doctor or veterinary medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution and a valid Connecticut veterinary license (or ability to obtain one)
Strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
New graduates welcome; mentorship available from experienced veterinarians
