Established in 1981 and proudly owned by Dr. Koster since 2007, our practice has deep roots in the community and an exciting vision ahead, including plans for a new 3,000 sq. ft. facility and potential ownership opportunities for the right doctor!

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary of $110,000 - $140,000 base plus potential annual bonus
- Medical (w/ clinic contribution to monthly premium!), dental, and vision insurance

- $2,000 CE stipend + CE days
