Compensation & Schedule
We offer flexible compensation structures designed around your goals and lifestyle:
- $90,000–$140,000+ annual earning potential (based on experience and part time vs full time schedule)
- Per diem salary or modified ProSal options
- 3-day or 4-day work week available (weekend rotating schedule)
- Flexible scheduling

Education & Licensing
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited program or equivalent degree
Active California Veterinary License (issued by the California Veterinary Medical Board)
DEA registration
Clinical Skills
Proficiency or desire to become proficient in diagnostics, surgery, and urgent care for dogs, cats, and other small animals
Experience with digital radiography, ultrasound, and in-house lab equipment
Ability to perform routine surgical and anesthetic procedures (spays, neuters & dentistry)
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills for client education and end-of-life discussions
Compassion and emotional intelligence
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
