Stable, Experience-Based Salary: We offer a flat, guaranteed salary based on your level of experience. No "negative accrual" and no daily pressure to upsell.
Production Equity: We conduct periodic production reviews to ensure your flat salary remains competitive. If your output consistently exceeds your base, we adjust your compensation upward to reflect your value to the practice.
For our Full-Time Teammates:
Time Off: 2 weeks paid vacation, 40 hours sick leave, and paid holidays.

A DVM (or equivalent) licensed (or eligible) in California.
